FUN-A-RAMA Frederick Irwin Meadow Springs Outside School Hours Care

Welcome to FUN-A-RAMA Frederick Irwin Meadow Springs!

FUN-A-RAMA Frederick Irwin is a privately owned service which is run locally. Our centre is located within the Chapel on school grounds and families are invited to park in the primary short term car park for all pick ups and drop offs. We only offer care for our Frederick Irwin Meadow Springs children.

Our service is licenced for 40 children; Children who attend FUN-A-RAMA Frederick Irwin are between the years Kindy – Year 6 and currently attend Frederick Irwin Primary School.

All children are grouped together in FUN-A-RAMA for before school care. During after school care, when possible, we run a split program with Kindy – Year 1 children in one group and Year 2 – Year 6 children in a second group. Throughout our Vacation Care excursions, we may split according to age, depending on the suitability of the activity.

World of Kids FUN-A-RAMA close for a two-week period over Christmas and New Year.

We look forward to meeting you and your family for a tour of our beautiful service.

World of Kids Long Day Care Centre Information Parent Testimonial Review

FUN-A-RAMA provides a very important service to the community, enabling parents with young children to attend work outside of school hours. Having dealt with many different outside of school hours services, I can confidently comment that FUN-A-RAMA always go above and beyond to meet the needs of not only the children but family members alike. They make the booking/cancelling system flexible, and all information is communicated and easily available. My children love attending the service, engaging in the activities planned and the educators work with the diverse needs of my son to make his experience as positive as possible. I often recommend the service to other parents in the area.

I would like to thank FUN-A-RAMA for your ongoing support with before/after school care and holiday care for my daughter. Knowing that my daughter is in safe hands allows me to function at my best in my professional career. My daughter enjoys the range of activities that are provided to her including cooking, craft, and excursions during holiday care. She is always happy, feels well looked after and has made a lot a friends.

They provide a warm, friendly and caring environment and with each year they progress further to improve the children’s lives and families lives around them. This program provides valuable assistance with school holiday programs too and activities that my child enjoys. The life skills my son has learnt at FUN-A-RAMA is beyond comparable, he has friendships with other children that will be cherished for a lifetime; and the educators always lighten up his day and know his coping mechanisms and ways to best support him.

Stay in the loop with all the fun by following our FUN-A-RAMA Frederick Irwin Meadow Springs Instagram page.

During the week, educators took some of our children on a bush walk where they were able to explore the natural environment and play freely within nature. 🌿
Before the walk, Vann offered to do an Acknowledgment of Country to pay respect to the Indigenous land we were about to walk on, which was such a fantastic way to begin. The children observed some traditional Aboriginal bush tucker plants, found animal prints and told stories around the yarning circle. ☀️
The children absolutely loved this experience and we feel very fortunate to be able to utilise this space during vacation care here at Fun-A-Rama Frederick Irwin ☺️
Some happy snaps from our first week of vacation care! 😆
